У статті досліджуються сучасні педагогічні технології, які застосовуються для формування та розвитку компетентностей у військових фахівців країн-членів НАТО в системі професійної військової освіти, розкривається сутність поняття “сучасна педагогічна технологія”, розглядаються основні її види, зокрема симуляційні тренажери, які використовують у США, Іспанії, Німеччині та Україні.
