В статті розглядається проблема впровадження менеджменту знань в систему безперервної військової освіти. Показано, що актуальним і найбільш ефективним інструментом менеджменту знань в сучасних умовах є застосування концепції CALS (Continuous Acquisition and Life Cycle Support Concept). Розглядаються основні елементи концепції CALS.
